Party & Event Rentals in San Marcos
From backyard birthdays in San Elijo Hills to graduation parties near Cal State San Marcos, we bring the tables, chairs, tents and finishing touches to your door, then set it all up and take it away when the party is over.
Event rentals for San Marcos homes and venues
San Marcos celebrations tend to happen at home. Many neighborhoods here have generous backyards, cul-de-sacs and hillside views, so most of our deliveries are to private homes rather than ballrooms. We plan the layout with you before the day, so the tables fit the yard, the dance floor sits on level ground and guests still have room to move.
Spring brings graduation season for CSUSM and Palomar College, and those parties fill up fast. If your date falls in May or June, book early so we can hold the tables, chairs and shade you need. Summer afternoons inland can be hot, so we often pair a canopy or frame tent with string lighting that carries the party into the evening.
Whether it is a quinceañera, a baby shower by Lake San Marcos or a company picnic near Restaurant Row, you get clean, inspected rentals and a crew that arrives on time.

San Marcos party rental questions
Do you deliver to all of San Marcos?
Yes. We deliver, set up and pick up throughout San Marcos, including San Elijo Hills, Lake San Marcos and Twin Oaks Valley. Tell us your address when you ask for a quote and we will confirm delivery details.
When should I book for a graduation party?
Graduation weekends in May and June are our busiest days in San Marcos. Booking three to four weeks ahead gives you the best choice of tables, chairs and tents.
My backyard is on a slope. Can you still set up?
Usually, yes. Send us a photo or two of the space and we will suggest a layout, and let you know if a dance floor or tent needs a flatter spot.
