Booking & quotes
How do I get a quote?
Send us your date, location, guest count and the items you need through our contact form, or call us at 760-205-1440. We reply with a detailed quote.
Can I book online?
Yes. You can browse our full rental catalog, add items to your event wishlist to request your date. If you would rather talk it through, call or message us and we will build the order with you.
How far in advance should I book?
For parties, two to four weeks ahead is ideal. For weddings and large events, book three to six months ahead. Spring and summer weekends and graduation season fill up first.
Can I see items before I book?
Yes. Contact us to arrange a time to see linens, chairs and table settings in person.
What are your payment, cancellation and damage policies?
Payment, cancellation and damage terms are listed in your quote and rental agreement. If you have questions before booking, contact us and we will walk you through them.
Delivery & setup
Do you deliver, set up and pick up?
Yes. Our crew delivers, sets up and picks up across North County San Diego and the wider San Diego area. Will-call pickup and return is also available; just ask when you book.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is priced by location and the size of the order. Your quote shows the delivery cost before you confirm.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Encinitas, Del Mar and the rest of San Diego County.
What do you need from me on delivery day?
A clear path to the setup area, and a heads-up about stairs, gates, slopes or parking limits. Send us a photo of the space if you are unsure and we will plan around it.
Can you set up on grass, sand or a slope?
Usually, yes. Tents and dance floors need reasonably level ground. Send photos of the space and we will recommend what works.
Rentals
What size linen do I need?
It depends on your table size and how far you want the cloth to drop. See our linen size guide for a quick chart.
Do you rent tents and heaters?
Yes. We rent pop-up canopies, frame and clear-top tents, sidewalls and patio heaters for outdoor events.
What happens if it is windy or rains?
Our crew secures every tent for the site, and sidewalls can be added for wind, rain or evening chill. Talk to us about the forecast and we will help you plan.
Do I need to clean the rentals before returning them?
Please scrape food off plates and return items in the containers they came in. Linens can be returned as they are; please keep them dry.

Do you offer more than rentals?
Yes. We also offer event services including event planning, balloon decor, DJ, photo booth, market lighting setup and catering.
Do you work with planners and venues?
